DEPOSITS

  • Please note a £15.00 per person deposit is required to secure your places.
  • Deposits are non-transferrable, non-refundable.

 

FINAL BALANCE

  • Final Balance is due 10th November 2025.
  • Any guests added to your booking from the 10th of November 2025, the full ticket price will be chargeable rather than deposit payment.

 

 REDUCED NUMBERS

  • Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, therefore lost deposits and/or lost places, would not be able to be put towards drinks or final payments.

 

CANCELLATION BY THE VENUE

  • In the event that the venue has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.
  • The venue reserves the right to alter, amend or change any content, menus or prices in the brochure should circumstances demand.

 

TABLE AND SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

  • Tables seat 10 people. Groups may be combined with others to make a complete table.
  • The venue will decide the allocation of tables to your party.

 

UNDER 18’s

  • Unfortunately, due to licensing, strictly no under 18’s are allowed to attend our Christmas Party Nights and there will be an ID checking policy in place on the evening. Any under 18’s will be asked to leave the premises.

 

DRESS CODE

  • The dress code is ‘Smart Dress’.
  • Smart Jeans (e.g. not ripped) and Smart Trainers are allowed. Absolutely no replica football shirts, t-shirts, baseball caps or sports trainers.
  • Footwear must be worn at all times throughout the evening; if you fancy a dance without your heels then bring some flats.
  • It is the responsibility of the organiser of each group to make sure that this dress code is communicated to ALL members of their party. Anyone who does not adhere to the dress code will be turned away on the evening.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

  • Due to our license, we cannot serve alcohol unless we serve food, therefore the latest people will be allowed to arrive is 8pm when dinner is served.

 

ALCOHOL BROUGHT IN TO OR TAKEN OFF THE PREMISES

  • Due to our licensing conditions, no alcohol can be brought on site, and all alcohol purchased from us must be consumed on the night. Glassware & bottles are not permitted to leave the venue.

 

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

  • We will require your groups dietary requirements at least 2 weeks prior to the event date.
  • We can provide an alternative for guests with dietary requirements, and in most cases the menu will be amended to meet dietary requirements where possible.
